We replaced broken tiles, cut back gable tile edges for a straight edge, rebed ridge caps as required, repair lead flashing as required - patch repair only, high pressure clean roof, apply primer, apply colour coats, flexi-point to all ridge caps & gable ends. NOTE: If fascias rotten need to be done prior to roof. Roof has been painted previous can have problems with paint peeling.
