These flat shingle like Terracotta tiles are very tricky to work with, even more difficult to walk on. Cleaning them with a pressure cleaner is not recommended and will most likely end with water entering the roof and lots of broken tiles.

This is why we use a moss treatment to kill the moss & lichen growth which will eventually break down and wash away overtime.

The product will also prevent new growth from occurring for several years.
